Multiple vehicles were broken into in broad daylight with the employees noting this just happened the day before. Police said this happens very often at this establishment. When police asked to see the video security footage the employees did not have access to it. If you value your windows and security don't stop here.

I've been here a couple times before and the bar food was fairly good. I've only ever ordered canned alcoholic drinks. Service is slow to average. I got the ultimate Bloody Mary or whatever it's called and it's definitely not as described on the menu. Mine did not have shrimp, bacon or olives. The most important items to top off a Bloody Mary! All mine had was pickled veggies, the slice of salami & half boiled egg and a dry slider. Definitely wouldn't order this ever again. I ordered a lemon drop for my second drink and it tasted like pure lemonade.

I’ve been going to Humble Backyard since 2023 and have never had any issues until last night. I came in with a friend to meet a larger group of friends for a birthday celebration. We first went inside to order drinks at the bar. When the bartender asked what I wanted, I ordered a michelada with topo chico. His reaction immediately caught me off guard he looked annoyed, barely acknowledged me, and started making the drink without saying much. At first, I brushed it off, but then I noticed he was much friendlier and more engaging with my friend standing right next to me. As someone who has worked for years as both a bartender and server, I completely understand that hospitality can be stressful and everyone has bad days. However, it’s never acceptable to take that frustration out on guests. After getting our drinks, we joined the rest of our party outside. A server came over to take orders. She was polite with others at first, but when I ordered seasoned fries and chips and queso, I asked if there were any sauces she would recommend with the fries. She immediately responded in a dismissive tone, saying, “No, it doesn’t come with sauce.” Thinking she may have misunderstood my question, I asked if there were any condiments available. At that point, she appeared visibly irritated, sighed, rolled her eyes, and began searching through her Toast system while acting as though I had asked something unreasonable. I was genuinely confused because it was a simple question. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and uncomfortable. Later, when food started coming out, our party of around ten people was gathered around the table, with some standing nearby. The server rushed over without saying “excuse me” and ended up dropping an order of mozzarella sticks onto the ground. I completely understand that accidents happen, but what surprised me was that she didn’t apologize, acknowledge the mistake, or let us know that a replacement would be coming. She simply walked away. Unfortunately, the service issues continued throughout the evening. We had food but no plates or silverware, and my requested ranch substitution was forgotten. Individually, some of these issues may seem minor, but combined with the consistently rude and dismissive attitudes we experienced, it created a negative atmosphere that put a damper on what should have been a fun birthday celebration for our friend. I’ve enjoyed coming to Humble Backyard for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope management addresses these customer service concerns because the level of hospitality we received was far below what I’ve come to expect from this establishment.

Great music all week, but the waitresses outside are always upset about something. I understand sobre clientes aren’t the best but that doesn’t mean treat everyone as if they’re going to be the same way. The attitude should be checked at the door and cleared up that not all clients are the same.

I ordered a drink that tasted completely off. When I politely asked the bartender if they could remake it or let me choose something else, I was met with an attitude and told that all sales are final. I’ve been here before in the past and have always enjoyed my experience, but unfortunately this will be the last time I come back. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with our waiter was extremely disappointing. From the moment we were seated, she seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping us. She was inattentive, rarely checked on our table, and acted as if we were inconveniencing him whenever we asked a question or requested something. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was unacceptable. Drinks sat empty for long periods, requests were forgotten, and the overall attitude was rude and inconsiderate. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but this waiter made us feel unwelcome throughout the entire meal. I understand everyone has bad days, but professionalism and respect for customers should still be expected. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses these issues.
