I recently tried the boudin balls at Seven Spice, and they were outstanding! The order comes with three large boudin balls at a very reasonable price. They were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside and packed with flavor on the inside. I went with the remoulade sauce, and it paired perfectly with them. Honestly, they’re so good that I’d stop by just to order the boudin balls, even if I wasn’t planning on a full meal. The food at Seven Spice is consistently delicious. My favorite meal is the half-pound shrimp with potatoes, corn, and extra butter on the side—absolutely fantastic. If you haven’t tried this place yet, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be ordering these again and again!
