Editing 5/25 in response to the owner’s claim that I am providing false information: I was refunded $250 and paid a total of $725 as you can see in the photos. I have not booked a 2 hour follow up visit but after I do, I will provide another update. Previous review: Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta. I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all—which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

We just experienced the ALL OUT GAMING EXPERIENCE! What an amazing business. Our children attended and loved a birthday party hosted by All Out and they crushed it. There were many options for all the kids and their different age ranges and gaming abilities. Music and setting in the gaming area was perfect for all involved. They arrived on time and made sure all children involved had a blast. I will for sure be booking them for when our children's next birthday or event! Thank you so much!!

For my daughter's 16th Birthday Celebration, I got her as part of the celebration the All Out Gaming Truck. When I tell you the Truck did not disappoint in any way, it Did Not Disappoint! From the beginning until the end, my family and friends were well attended to. Everyone had an Amazing Experience and we hated when the time was over and we had the truck for 3 hours. The adults had as much fun as the kids. Looking forward to renting the truck again just for GP and no special event needed then getting together for fun. I am so happy that I choose the All Out Gaming Truck for my daughter's party after researching Gaming trucks for weeks. Absolutely No Regrets! Best time to be had hands down for an Amazing Gaming Experience.

Great Great customer service. From the booking until showing up on time and allowing us to extend an hour. Everything was great for our son 11th birthday. Our son and friends enjoyed it. The adults did too. The owner is very knowledgeable about his design of the truck. The gaming truck was beautifully equipped and clean!! So many games to choose from. My husband and I really enjoyed it as well. We will be booking again for adults only party for sure!!!
