Sketchy dirty hotel with bad management. Within ten minutes of checking in we discovered bed bugs in the room. Obviously we got our bags and left, and the front desk attendant tried to gaslight us when we explained the situation, telling us she is sure there are no bed bugs (even though we literally saw one). She made up some BS story that they have inspections for bugs every week and that if they found them this week, they’d send my money back. Obviously there’s no way to hold them to that and so we were just refused a refund for a room with literal bed bugs. Edit: false information?? I never received communication from you after the visit so yeah keep lying to uphold your dirty hotel that will inevitably be shut down in the next 2 years

Walked into room, ceilings covered in Mold! Walls were yellow and torn, heat and air didn't work, and bugs all over the place. Asked for a new room and the front desk said no until I showed pictures and they said ok then gave me another room with mold in it! Absolutely disgusting!

My experience with the hotel was basic and suited my needs, but... , I was annoyed that the room had its own heater-A/C unit, so quite cold for my December stay, and had to wait until it blasted loudly for 30 some odd minutes to warm up the air. But the air only. When I peeled the sheets to get comfortable, the comforter insulated, thus isolated, the remaining cold to the bed. So cold a little while longer, its temperature risen by body heat -- mine. Then there were the hotel discount site links found on Google Maps. I don't know if the hotel posted them, or Google did. But after selecting Trivago, posting my credit card (which didn't seem to work, but a phone number popped up), then my wife's credit card (which also didn't seem to work and referenced the same number), I called, which wasn't Trivago, but another travel support number. This, to me, was misleading, even deceptive.

The room smelled moldy and they need a major decor overhaul. I paid for phone service which was not consistently working and when my deposit was refunded, it was not $100. I was told the phone service was deducted from my deposit, but I paid for the phone service when I paid for the room. If you can avoid this place, stay far away from this place.
