  Good location but noisy. Zero insulation. We could here everything happening at the front desk all night. Rooms aged, so the one we had not even close to the marketing pictures. Team super friendly though! Also we paid 30% more than their rate the day before arriving. We realised too late, so couldn’t cancel and rebook but hotel should automatically refund. Is just unfair.

  Location is great if you’re traveling and need a spot to stay. I stayed in the bottom floor in the room closest to the front office. There is a musk to this room. It kinda got worse when I pulled up the sheets, which is concerning. I moved to the other bed and slept on top of the sheets. The staff went above and beyond to help make my stay as good as possible. New flooring and helpful staff made it worth it.

  Me he hospedado en varios hoteles de la zona siendo este el peor de todos. Al llegar el olor a humedad es fuerte. La cama tenía restos de papas fritas. Dije ok puedo con esto. Al usar un poco más la habitación, noté la suciedad de la alfombra con restos de comida y envolturas que una aspiradora limpiaría con facilidad. Percibí un olor fuerte a orina cerca de la cama. Fui a recepción a comentarlo y me dieron aromatizante para ello. El baño está decente. La cama es suave y las sábanas olían limpias. Pude dormir y al despertar, encendí la luz y había una cucaracha volando cerca de la cama. Inmediatamente adelanté 2 horas mi salida por el asco acumulado que ya sentía. Para finalizar, al salir de la habitación otra cucaracha muerta en la entrada del cuarto me despidió de esta asquerosa experiencia. El personal amable pero cortante. Entiendo que no pague por el Hilton y que es un hotel de bajo precio. Pero lo barato no exime la limpieza básica. Nunca regresaré. Tiré mis pantuflas por lo sucias que terminó la suela solo de andar por la habitación.

  Stayed here for a quick trip and it worked out really well. Check-in was smooth, staff was welcoming, and the room felt clean and comfortable after a long day. I even noticed maintenance doing small touch-up work during the day, which says a lot about how they keep the place up. Being close to the airport made everything easy. I’d come back.

  This Hotel is a very Clean and Nice Hotel and Close to a lot of Eating Places and the Staff is very Nice and Friendly and helpful if you need anything just let them know especially the Housekeeper Downstairs on the First Floor she is awesome and very nice so I Highly Recommend going to this Hotel Thank you and Have a Blessed Day🩷🌷🌸💐🙏😇✨
