I am late to the party but nonetheless, we had a ball. My step daughter came here to celebrate her 19th birthday. It was a lot of fun. I honestly prefer their go karts rather than k1 speed. They have more tracks and the atmosphere is way better. Plus, there are more things to get into such as a huge arcade with plenty of games to play. We had a VIP room and Mimi took very good care of us. If you're considering having a party here, I'd recommend Mimi. She was amazing!!

The karts have a good speed. It was fun. I really loved the reverse button in case a kart gets stuck. However, they don’t make enough gaps at the start of the race and the slow drivers takes away the fun of the speed.

Took a young lady here for her birthday trying to impress her… horrible mistake. I figured there would be plenty to do and we’d have a fun night. We started with bowling, but only about 3 or 4 lanes were actually working, which created a 1–2 hour wait. We decided to skip bowling and just play arcade games instead. I loaded a game card with $100, and hardly any of the games worked properly. I even recorded video of the Mario Kart racing games not being calibrated or linked together correctly, so we couldn’t even race each other. Her kart kept pulling left the entire time. We arrived with about two hours before I needed to take her home, including the drive back, and somehow we still had an hour left to kill because there just wasn’t much functioning properly. Thankfully I bought her a decent birthday gift beforehand and took her to Marietta Diner before , which was amazing by the way. If it wasn’t for that, I honestly don’t think she would’ve had a good birthday at all. We definitely won’t be returning — other than maybe to use the rest of the $100 card if we remember. For reference, I’m 37 and she turns 38 tomorrow, so this wasn’t some group of teenagers expecting perfection. We just wanted a fun night out and left disappointed.

To Whom It May Concern, I would like to begin by acknowledging that the facility is well maintained and was very clean during our visit, possibly because we arrived early. The electric go‑karts also have both advantages and disadvantages. On the positive side, you don’t leave smelling like gasoline. However, the karts are heavily speed‑controlled, and the track is extremely narrow. Interestingly, the last eight seconds of the race were the best part, as that was the only moment when the kart was allowed to reach its full speed. Unfortunately, the most disappointing aspect of our experience was the attitude displayed by some of your staff members. It was evident that a few employees have forgotten that customers are the reason the business exists and continues to operate. Instead of providing a welcoming environment, they behaved as though they were doing us a favor. Specifically, the employee collecting the race cards for the 1:36 PM session today demonstrated an attitude far below what is acceptable for quality customer service. His demeanor did not reflect professionalism, courtesy, or even basic customer awareness. I strongly encourage you to provide additional customer‑service training—similar to the standards upheld by companies like Chick‑fil‑A—so your staff can better understand that their role is to create a positive, memorable experience that encourages guests to return. Unfortunately, that was not the message we received during this visit. Please support your employees with the training they need, and support the owners as well, so the business can continue to grow. Establishments with great potential can lose customers and eventually close their doors due to poor attitudes, and it would be unfortunate for that to happen here.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games in Marietta is a fantastic family spot! The facility is very spacious and packed with tons of activities that the kids absolutely love. A huge plus for parents is the ability to watch sports games while the kids play nearby. I did notice some signs of wear and tear around the building, but overall it’s a very good experience. It's a reliable go to for a fun afternoon!
