We cannot say enough good things about Chelsea and her team that just helped us with the sale of our home and buying our forever home. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and shockingly fast (in the best way). Our home sold in record time, and that is entirely thanks to the thoughtful strategy Chelsea and her team put together. The quality of the presentation was outstanding—from gorgeous photography and stunning video footage to a smart, well-orchestrated plan for showings, an open house, and strong social media presentation. They guided us towards getting our house ready to sell and made it look amazing - all resulting in us getting a price we were thrilled to sell for. Communication was another huge standout. We were kept in the loop constantly and never once felt unsure about what was happening or what the next step would be. You can tell this group is a well-oiled machine.
