As first time homebuyers, Michael and Kelly were helpful, supportive, and went above and beyond to make sure we found the right first home for us. They were extremely responsive during our search, scheduling showings as soon as possible, answering questions at all hours of the day, and respecting every decision we made along the way. As first time buyers, they gave us the space and time to let us learn about the market and narrow our search. When it came time to make decisions and negotiate, they were there fighting for us and offering advice from their years of experience. *December 2024 update* We have now bought three homes and sold two with Michael and Kelly. They are an absolutely top-notch team. A contingent offer would not have been competitive in our area, but they were able to help us get a new house and sell the old with only two weeks of overlap, which was perfect. They are experts in knowing the market, are responsive, and can get deals done quickly. They also will keep you out of harm’s way and help you avoid buying a “lemon” house. I recommend them anytime I hear of someone who is thinking about buying or selling. *Previous review* We have bought two homes and sold one home with Kelly Chancy and Michael Hermance. They are both tough negotiators, intensely knowledgeable, genuinely personable, consistently responsive, and incredibly focused on your specific home needs. I would not consider using anyone else; they prevented or resolved so many bumps in the road for us. Working with Michael, were able to tour a home (which became ours) two hours after it posted on MLS. Our recent sale attracted five offers in two days, largely because of Kelly’s counsel on how to prepare our home for showing. Both transactions required significant negotiation; they saved us thousands of dollars. I truly believe that they are the most competent, professional Real Estate team in Atlanta.
