This was a really great experience. This gentleman is a professional personable and assisted us when we had a gas leak, which was pretty darn important. We were supposed to have some other company come and they were a complete fraud. What a breath of fresh air.

Best experience with a plumber AND company we’ve ever had. Came out after hours, very reasonably priced, warm and welcoming. They even reached out hours after the visit to check in on our issues. We had a pipe burst and start to flood our basement. I called Atlanta Star because they were close and highly rated. They answered immediately, walked me through handling the leak to stop the immediate crisis, and then had a plumber to our house within a few hours to get the problem fixed. Stewart explained the entire problem and possible solutions and had us fixed up within about an hour! Highly recommend them for emergency situations!

Stuart was very professional! He was quick to find out the cause of the flood and took the adequte measures for it not to happen it again. Not only, did Stuart deglogged the toilet, but let some hot water run from the faucet of the sink for making sure everything will flow thorougly through the pipe. I am glad that he explained the reason of his acts such I can do better in the future as prevention.
