This company is WONDERFUL and I cannot recommend them enough! We recently bought a house built in the 1900’s which obviously came with a variety of plumbing issues. William at Atlantis came out and did a sewer scope as part of the home inspection, and was very helpful in explaining the issues. We also used Atlantis for several interior plumbing issues—big shoutout to Eric and Allen!! These guys worked for 2 full days and were incredibly communicative and patient throughout the whole process. I’m not a very handy person, and they took the time to explain things to me. And I feel like the overall price was a great value considering the amount of time and work that went into our repairs. Highly recommend this company!!

Brandon Gonzalez and Bryce Larson of Atlantis Plumbing kicked ass on the installation of our new Navien tankless water heater. Our old water heater bit the dust and it was time to upgrade to a new system that will last much longer and perform better. They removed the old tank and installed the new system all within a half day. Great guys!! Definitely recommend this company.

Called yesterday got appt today👍Plumber were John Massey and co(sorry forgot his name😢) liked that I received text w photo before arrival. Both guys introduces themselves and were very polite and professional and answered all questions and went over all they were going to do. Had 1 toilet rebuild and the other full toilet install. They got both work done quickly,cleaned everything up afterwards and it looked great!

I had a fantastic experience with Atlantis Plumbing. I called after noticing my water bill had skyrocketed and suspected a plumbing issue. The woman who helped schedule my appointment was friendly and made the process quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the very next day. The technician, Tony Strickland, was outstanding. I received a heads-up before his arrival, and he showed up right on time. Tony thoroughly investigated the issue I called about and even checked other bathrooms to make sure there were no additional problems, something I really appreciated. He quickly identified that the issue was with my hot water heater and clearly explained the situation. He provided both a Plan A and Plan B with transparent pricing, which helped me feel confident in my decision. Even better, he was able to pick up the necessary parts and complete the repair the same day in about two hours. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the process. He even let me know that I could submit my repair invoice to my water company for a potential credit - helpful tip! Homeownership always comes with surprises so next time anything plumbing related pops up I will absolutely be calling them again and asking for Tony. Thank you for such an excellent experience!

If you're looking for a plumber, look no further than Atlantis Plumbing! Brandon did an amazing job! He was also very nice and left everything very clean. We are new to Atlanta and I found this company on Google reviews. You always take a chance with someone new, but from the first inquiry speaking with Cristiana until we squared away what needed to be done, everyone I spoke to was so nice and so helpful!
