05/31/2026 Balan’s Brickell The Service & The Place: Right in the heart of Brickell in South Miami Avenue, Balan’s is a great place to feel that you belong, with its trendy crowd of young and adults people. Our sever, Maria was amazing. She was present. Friendly, attentive and accommodating. The Food: We ordered the “Balan’s Burger,” to share, since we were not that hungry. It was okay. We also ordered the “Spicy Rigatoni.” Too much sauce. Balan’s is great to spend time seeing and be seeing in the trendy Brickell neighborhood. “Eat deliciously"

Our server Freddie was amazing! Gave great recommendations and I loved each and every one! Had the P3 as my drink and the Mexa Toast for my meal and left with the most delicious caramel latte! All good!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and attention. Our server Altab was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. Everything was explained perfectly, and the service was smooth and thoughtful throughout the entire experience. You can really tell when someone loves what they do. Balan's was calling, and we are so glad we answered! We started our morning with a hot Earl Grey and a breakfast spread that was as beautiful as it was delicious. The Feast: - Eggs Benedict: Perfectly poached and served with turkey bacon and a fresh side salad. - The Healthy Breakfast Bowl: A vibrant mix of fried eggs, avocado, roasted butternut squash, spinach, and potatoes, all brought together with a delicious chipotle sauce. The Sweet Finish: We couldn't resist the Viennoisserie for two--the pain au chocolat was the perfect "oui oui" moment! The restaurant is currently decked out in soft blue holiday decor, making the atmosphere feel incredibly chic and serene: Winter Wonderland. Definitely a must-visit for a stylish NYC morning and beautiful service from the staff.

We had such a great time at Balan’s Miami! The service was honestly exceptional. Javier is an amazing manager — super attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. And Gaby was an incredible server! She was so sweet, fast, and really took care of us. We ate, had some drinks, enjoyed hookah, and the whole vibe was perfect thanks to them. They truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this place, especially with such a great team! 💙✨
