The best M lounge so far out of almost 10 lounges I’ve been to recently, the breakfast is good but the evening food is amazing, they have a wide variety of options and all of them taste great. All the staff in the lounge are amazing people especially the young gentleman Mehdi he is very helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, close to everything. The rooms have an amazing view “ I tried both 2701 and 1437” but they don’t have a comfortable couches.

Attended big conference here. Service was very good at front desk and in restaurant. Rooms were fine, great views of city. Location was good, walking distance to a lot of places.

This hotel is a little older, so it shows in the rooms a bit, but they are spacious and have a lot of what you need. The hotel bar offers great deals and service. The staff in the lobby is always helpful and efficient. This hotel is in a great location, and there are food and drink options late at night right across the street at the Irish Pub. I’ve stayed there twice and recognized a lot of the same staff. The view is pretty nice in the two rooms I’ve stayed in, and it’s walkable to a lot of places. I’ve felt comfortable staying there both times, and I expect to stay there again.

Stayed here for a work conference and had a really positive experience overall. The rooms were clean, updated, and had great views—even from a standard room, which was a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making it easy to unwind after long conference days. Location was also a big plus—plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Overall I LOVED this hotel. The only issue was the doors to rooms are super loud when they close which woke me up at 3:45 am. Otherwise super comfortable beds, amazing location, friendly staff. Lots of space for conferences (why I was there). Like I said, overall an amazing hotel
