So I wanna say something off the bat. The one maintenance guy that was kind enough to drag a brand new air conditioner up five stories to our room to change it out because the one that was there did not work. I thank you so much 🙏🙏. Now the hotel, trash! Roaches like a lot of them!! Elevator did not work! A/C broke for the first night. Didn't get any towels in the room. Front attendant wanted to know why we needed more towels and gave me attitude when I said we didn't get any in the room. Vending machine was sold out of everything the second day there and was never refilled. They have a ice machine outside so not easy being on the 5th floor with no elevator. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. This is room 503 if anyone wants to know. Great views and in a great spot to be a good hotel just need to tear it down and rebuild. Will not be staying here again and I hope no one else does especially if you have allergies.

Good location. Easy beach access. Here's where the praise ends. Lousy customer service. They don't even greet you. We had one guy clearly in a uniform say he didn't work there then I followed him around not the lobby and he waited on me. It was wild. One handicap spot and it was alwsys taken by people with no tag or placard and the hotel didnt care. We saw 3 roaches. They have no housekeeper. You have to go and ask for supplies. Room had dirt and cigarette buds behind the beds and tables. Very old rusted out sink, ran down appearance. The pools in the add don't exist but they do have two small pools with weird hard to maneuver entrances. I overheard several people complaining about similar issues. Parking was very limited. The elevator squeaks and shakes. Cob webs in every corner. Yes you get a direct beach view but there's an oil rig right out in-front which they conveniently don't have pictured. And 3 out of 4 days rhe beach was closed to the public. Not their fault but we paid the price for the beach and they knew it was closing and could have offered discounted rates. I don't recommend this place. We also had a creepy man hovering around us while swimming and then on check out there are cops and detectives all over because someone was entering rooms.

Decent fairly priced I was nervous about the hotel because of the reviews but we decided to go for it. The guy owner is a bit cranky and rushy. But the other lady is very nice and apologized because the first room we got wasn’t clean yet. She gave us a new room and it was clean. We checked for bed bugs and there wasn’t any or any traces of them. Smell was a little odd the 8th floor smells like pee but when we got relocated to the 6th floor we noticed it didn’t smell! You are basically getting what you pay for the view is amazing and the beach is not even half a mile away!

*I was in the 2 Qeen beds separate living room and bedroom (2nd bldg).* I remember when the hotel was very nice, but it's a bit outdated now. They've done some fixing here and there, but the stay was still ok. Do not go by pics on website though. However, the pool is a NO, elevator in 2nd building works, but sketchy and parking is hit or miss due to lower deck being closed. 🤔 Overall, front desk was nice, oceanview was beautiful, you can go to their sister location to swim, and location is ideal.

We stayed over the weekend we had only 2 issues, the elevator was broken and our room had no towels (easy to grab some though) Other than that we had a great stay. Staff was so nice especially the girl working Sunday morning 4/19. I wish I would have gotten her name! Beds were so comfortable, room was a great size, ac worked amazing, ocean view balcony was great! Location is great too short walk to boardwalk and amusement park. For the price (you get what you pay for lol) we have no complaints! Could use some cleaning up around the property, hallways etc. But I would stay again.
