The only positive thing about this place was the location. The beds in this place need to be thrown away immediately. Its like sleeping on a bag of rocks that makes a crunchy sound every time you move. The obeding looks like its been there since the dawn of time. Would never stay again. The TV and phone were broken. The parking is a nightmare. The overflow lot is ridiculous. There was trash everywhere. The indoor portion of the pool was disgusting.

Location is amazing! Beachfront on the boardwalk. We had a new fresh painted room. Parking is across the street if you don't get lucky, but great for the price and location. PET FRIENDLY

This was the best beach trip I have honestly ever had, the people that stay here are cool and so are the people that work here. Our room was great and we had a great oceanfront view. Stay here if you're not boring and like to have fun. I love that they let people smoke THC which is a huge plus, this will be our Hotel of choice from now on.

Traveled to this hotel weary of what to expect after reading previous reviews. This place deserves a much higher rating than what is shown…Staff is friendly and allowed us to check in early, the rooms although dated were very clean and stocked with toiletries. A great place to stay that’s fair price and within walking distance. Would stay again

Check in was super slow. You could tell the lady didn't want to be there and had already had enough. The maintenance guy was super awesome. We didn't have chairs on the balcony and I asked him and he brought me chairs in about 10 minutes. He was super polite also which goes a long way. The rooms aren't bad but the beds could be better. Kitchen sink and small fridge worked well and the cabinet under the sink had plenty of storage which was nice. The bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom but they had left plenty of towels and soaps.
