I do not recommend this hotel. My husband and I had a long 6 and half hour drive back from vacation and we both tired and we both got woken up at 4:00 in the morning by really loud music with base from the room next to us. I called the front desk and nothing got done. My husband asked for more towels and the lady at the desk was rude. The coffee machine was out of service. The breakfast ran out during the breakfast hours and nothing was refilled. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The only reason I gave it a second try is because I thought the hotel was having a bad day. Both hotels stays were horrible and I will not be coming back. They deserve no stars at all but I had to give one star to write this review.

This was the worst Best Western hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The floors are sticky. The hairdryer in the room was wrapped in toilet paper. I don’t know how they can possibly serve the food. if the health department inspected them they would shut them down. The eggs were cold. The sausage was cold. They were out of syrup for the waffles. They were out of yogurt. The coffee was instant and disgusting the rooms reeked of mold the floor was slippery. The chlorine smell in the lobby was so strong. I had to walk out.

They cancelled our reservation late at night while we were in the air; with no email notification, after charging my credit card. Only found out after waiting on a shuttle and calling them on whim. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
