Amazing experience from check in to check out, clean rooms, great location. Breakfast had enough options not to get bored if you are staying for a few days. My kid has gluten allergy and they had gluten free options. Coffee and juices also had several options. Suggestion for management - if you could keep one dedicated toaster for gluten free breads, that will help the people with allergies for sure.

I am so confused about the negative reviews. I’m not sure what these people are expecting. No, it’s not a fancy spa hotel. I stay here a lot and the rooms have always been clean. Everyone has been very nice and professional every single time. The walls being thin is quite funny to me, because I work third shift so I sleep during the day. I am a very light sleeper and have never woken up because of noise. It makes me wonder what these people are doing that they need soundproof rooms. I love it here and recommend staying here.

We stayed here more by accident than design, having to alter our plan to stay with a local relative when we both came down with tenacious colds as soon as we arrived in Rhode Island. Kayla and Matul at the front desk were most accommodating throughout our several "add on" bookings, moving things around so we were able to stay in the same room instead of having to move within the hotel. And Kristen, who manages the daily breakfast offering, is hands-down fantastic. Considerate, responsive, caring, and attentive--with a constant smile. Would absolutely stay here again!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Airport Inn in Warwick, Rhode Island, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I came up for work transporting a group of volleyball kids, so my schedule was a bit unusual and not your typical hotel stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Since I was arriving in a bus, they even took the extra step to cone off parking spaces to make sure I had room—something I definitely didn’t expect but really appreciated. What stood out the most was how understanding and flexible the management was. After dropping off the group, I had a long gap before heading out again, and instead of leaving me stuck with nothing to do, the manager kindly allowed me a very late checkout. That made a huge difference and showed they genuinely care about their guests, especially those with unique circumstances. On top of that, everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless, the common areas were tidy, and you could tell they take pride in keeping the place in great condition. Overall, the combination of friendly staff, thoughtful accommodations, and excellent service really impressed me. It’s not every day you come across a hotel that goes out of its way like this. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

My favorite place to stay near TF Green Airport. Been staying here for over 3 years now. It's always clean. The hotel shuttle is super convenient. The beds are comfy and the showers are HOT! Free breakfast is nice but stay away from the potatoes, they're super dry and way over-seasoned. Coffee is decent. By far, the best value for hotels near the airport. Staff is always helpful and I feel safe here.
