i’ve been going to this black rock for months now and specially the last month i’ve spent over $200 here. and i asked today if i have any rewards and she goes no you don’t even have an account registered here… so i’m like why would you not say anything like tell me i don’t have a number and i should sign up? i’m irked with how rude their customer service is and how much money i’ve spent here. she proceeds to roll her eyes and me and then select 20% on the tip button for me to hit okay. overall poor service and rude employees considering this is 1 of a hundred franchises and thousand coffee shops in america. no customers will = your location shutting down which will = you unemployed but ok.

Excellent atmosphere, great music, and outstanding coffee. I ordered a hot mocha with an extra espresso shot, and it was fantastic—rich, aromatic, and full of real coffee flavor. I also loved seeing their Rancilio Italian espresso machines; you can definitely taste the quality. Highly recommended! Excelente ambiente, muy buena música y un café espectacular. Pedí un mocha caliente con un shot extra de espresso y estuvo increíble: aromático, con mucho sabor y auténtico sabor a café. Además, me encantó ver que utilizan cafeteras italianas Rancilio; definitivamente se nota la calidad. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

I swing by late after work—she’s flying solo, closing it down with a smile smoother than a fresh latte. Then somehow… at 4:30am when I’m barely human? She’s STILL there—bright-eyed, cracking jokes, and serving up cups of “don’t-talk-to-me-until-this-kicks-in” magic. She’s grinding harder than the beans, steaming up good vibes, and espresso-ing joy like it’s part of the recipe. If you need a pick-me-up with a side of laughter, this is your stop.
