I have been dining at blinders for a year now and I must say this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. If you come Sorelle is not a section to sit in. She acted as if every time we asked for anything we were bothering her and she would walk away immediately. I ordered a tequila soda and after 40 minutes of waiting and never receiving or being asked if we needed anything else me and my party were ready to go and we asked for our checks which were also incorrect after we asked for a receipt she quickly ran away before we could pay. Ten minutes later she came back and we finally paid. As a former server and frequent customer of this establishment it was a very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. I came here with my daughter to watch an Iran World Cup match after being told this was a great place to watch soccer and seeing that they advertised showing the games on their large screen. Unfortunately, despite explaining that we were only there for the World Cup match and were willing to stand far away from the bar area, we were told my daughter could not even remain in the venue to watch from a distance. I understand businesses have policies, but there was absolutely no effort to accommodate a family wanting to watch one of the world’s biggest sporting events together. The staff were unhelpful, and the management was just as dismissive and rude. This is not a family-friendly place. If you’re looking for somewhere to watch sports with your kids, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. If you’re looking to spend time around a crowd of adults drinking at a 21+ establishment, this may be your scene, but families should know they are not welcome. What should have been a memorable World Cup experience with my daughter turned into a frustrating and disappointing interaction. The World Cup is an event that brings families and communities together. This establishment clearly doesn’t share that spirit.
