When we checked in we were charged $75 per pet and the website says $65. The General Manager that checked us in was NOT friendly,she had an attitude problem right off the bat, even talked to the person checking in behind us and she agreed. Asked for a high room, got a ground floor room looking out on the pool. We will NOT be returning to this hotel because of the General Managers attitude. When I had trouble with the door lock the employee helping me was nicer than when the general manager . The maintenance man was very quick and efficient getting the lock fixed. Be careful of parking in the bottom parking deck (dungeon). There was no lighting and ONE entrance/exit and no mirror.

Overall very happy with our stay. Desk clerks upon check in were nice. Rooms clean. We were there for three days. Enjoyed microwave, wifi and TV. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping did not make a stop in our room at all until we had to call and request it. Front desk clerk upon check out was very rude. However, over all, happy with our stay.

This place was a trip saver fr. First place didn’t work out so this last min wasn’t a bad choice. The hospitality was pretty solid. Gave me respect even tho they didn’t have to. Lots of caring around here. The beach access is right there. Pool looked clean, and around tons of shopping and eats. To the main board walk is about 30 min walking if you’re hungry maybe 20. The rooms were decent. Your typical 2 queen, bathroom and sink on the outside. We didn’t get the ocean front due to last minute changes. Thanks again we’ll recommend this spot in the long runs.

We really loved our 2nd floor view of the ocean and right over the pool! It’s off the main drag about 1/2 mile so a lot quieter ! The beds were comfortable and the balcony was great !The beach right out front was beautiful and clean. Kellie at the registration was so helpful and very friendly. Travelers appreciate that! We will stay here again for sure!

Every employee was great. They were friendly, fast when we asked for extra towels, dog friendly, right on the beach, hot water & high shower pressure. Liked that the oceanfront balconies were private. Only con was at the bottom of the stairs there is a small short stair that we almost fell. That and a couple other little bumps could use a fresh coat of caution paint. We definitely will be back.
