This place has been one of my child’s favorite places for a long time, but unfortunately the customer service today was extremely disappointing. The only time employees seem attentive and productive is when the manager is present. Otherwise, the young staff members spend most of their time talking instead of helping customers. Today, we arrived around 11:30 AM and had to wait several minutes just for the employees to stop chatting and acknowledge us. Even after assisting us, they continued sitting in the office talking. My child especially loves the dance party and the music activities, which is one of the main reasons I bring him here. We waited until almost 1:00 PM for it to happen, but apparently they “didn’t have time” because they were too busy socializing. When I politely asked if they could please do it, even if it was just for one song because my child kept asking about it, they seemed very annoyed by the request. We were literally the only customers there at the time, yet they still left us sitting and waiting. When I asked again, this time speaking to the young woman because the young man had disappeared to the restroom right when we requested assistance, she claimed they were too busy preparing for a party and cleaning. I then asked for her name and the manager’s name. She told me she was the “general manager.” I explained that I actually know the real manager, Sam, who has always provided excellent customer service, and I know he would have handled the situation very differently. At that point, her attitude became extremely unprofessional. She refused to provide her name, laughed in my face, and said she was “going to handle it right now.” Instead, she called the manager to complain about me while trying to make herself look like the victim, saying she had “politely explained” that she was too busy. I would genuinely like to know if this activity is still something the business offers and why the staff becomes so bothered when customers request it. We visit this place often, and whenever there are adult customers around, they seem perfectly capable of doing the dance party every hour. Today, my child and I waited nearly two hours, and they could not take even a single song to make a child happy. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service from both young employees working today.

I visited here on a Saturday at 4pm for a birthday party. The line to get in was chaotic & the wait time was long. Two people were checking in guests, while 3 others just stood there and watched. I never did find out the purpose of them being there. They need a better process for check in. Also, it's not regulated very well. There were grown adults playing and jumping in the play areas with the kids, even going in the maze tunnels. It was super weird to have them playing amongst toddlers and school aged children. To give context, a 250+ pound adult should NOT be playing where there are toddlers, school aged kids, knocking them down & pushing them out the way. There wasn't any staff in the areas to ensure safety measures were taking place. It was just a lot of things happening and to unpack. The main issue was the lack of ensuring a safe experience for guests. If I ever go back, it would have to be during the week and I have to make sure to eat. They do not offer food here.

I visited for my grandson's birthday party. He loved it! That's really all that mattered. Just know that this place does not serve food. For example, you can order food at Chuck E. Cheese. This place is not like that. They did have pizza for the party but it was delivered from Marco's Pizza. So eat before you go or know where you're going to eat afterwards. Also, you can't wear shoes inside so bring socks. Sign the online waiver, it will save you some time. You may have to park in the plaza next door. Don't park in the plaza directly across the street they were booting cars over there.

We love boomerang so much, we bring the kids here every week! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s very clean for a kids place too. The new GM is great, he always makes sure to say hi to my kiddos. Definitely recommend!

I planned my baby’s 3rd birthday party here and we loved it! The party crew were such a big help setting the room up for the party! The dance floor birthday slide show and dance was also something my family really loved! And they were able to accommodate my caricature artists to allow us to have that add feature to our party! We loved it, I would just recommend booking an additional hour when you’re booking your party! Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.
