Very disappointed. We walked in and no one acknowledged us. One employee was on the phone the entire time and never looked up. We stood there waiting to be helped, but no one spoke to us, so we left. Poor customer service.

45 minutes to serve super cold food, and the replacement hot food takes more 45 minutes. This place is only worth visiting if you’re jobless, bored and want to kill time, asking for replacements. I’m not sure if it’s understaffed or if management doesn’t care about their customers.

Ordered my food last night for takeout. Food was supposed to be ready at 10:50pm per the app but it wasn’t ready until 11:15pm. Once my food arrived home. The sauce on one side of the box wasn’t what I ordered and it contaminated the other side! I called the establishment within 20 mins to advise of the mistake. It was raining SO BAD last night and I live 20 mins away so I called and asked for a remake . A server , Meredith, was able to confirm with her supervisor Alyssa that I can come back tomorrow for a full remake . I called today and I was ultimately denied service. I had to have a refund processed which takes 3-5 business days or longer since it’s the weekend instead of just remaking my entire order. They don’t have any de-escalating skills nor do they do what’s best for the customer. I would never come here again . Like, it was $20 worth of wings you guys messed up and you Would rather inconvenience me by having my money in limbo over the weekend. Thanks ladies at BWW!

Buffalo Wild Wings near Northlake have fell off “Real bad”’ I ordered traditional and boneless wings dropped fresh, all flats real wet and saucy 10 minutes after 8p and they told me that my order would be ready by 8:40p Picked up my order, rushed back home to open the bag and realize that my wings were hard as a brick, dry on the inside and cold. I was irate 😡😡😡 I got back in my car drove 15 minutes back to let the manger know that my order was messed up for her to tell me that they always drop their wings fresh to order. I said well you try one of them and tell me if they were dropped fresh because I only ate one. I wish I could have taken a picture of how hard and dried out the wings were. She then preceded to tell me that they would remake my order and it would take 15 minutes and I said “ I’ll wait”. After getting my wings that was suppose to have been remade. Look at how these idiots gave me the wings after they were remade, still hard.😠 And put the sauces inside the box with my wings not separated. I made sure to take a picture before throwing the seen wings away. The service was horrible and I wouldn't have given them one star if I didn't have to because they don't deserve it. I won’t be back….And I use to love me so me Buffalo Wild Wings 😩😩😩

Hands down one of the Worst BWW I’ve ever been to. The service, staff and location is TRASH. Rudest, most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen in an establishment. I ordered online, waited 15 mins before leaving my house which is another 10 minutes away. Once I got there I had to wait another 17 minutes. The lady at the register had the worst attitude & didn’t greet or exchange any pleasantries with a single customer.she was talking on her phone & mugging women that walked in. The staff was talking loud, ignoring customers & just made the atmosphere uncomfortable. All the waitress were weird as hell! I finally got my order and the fries were cold, so I sent them back. A guy from the back brought fresh fries and apologized. He’s the only person who was actually friendly. About the food… TRASH! Burger was burnt & wings were under cook. If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!
