I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The staff was amazing - they are all very nice and personable. The hotel is super nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very good too, if a little pricey. I’m not a fan of how the rates fluctuate so much when booking online. The whole booking interface feels scammy and impersonal like corporate Marriott is trying to squeeze every penny. It was exceptionally challenging when I tried to book after midnight following an unexpected flight cancellation - the staff made it work but the booking experience online left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t until I called the front desk and spoke with a staff member that we were able to get things sorted.
