Not exactly someone who leaves a ton of reviews, but felt compelled to this time. Hotel is nice and the harbor view is excellent, but the customer service we received from Shatia and the other two gentlemen at the front desk was exceptional! Location is great but dealing with quality people is what makes the difference and is the reason I stay primarily at Hilton brand hotels.

Great quality property in a prime location. Rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. But most of all, the staff were second to none - from the valet to the desk to the restaurant - all were so welcoming and helpful. Can't recommend this place enough.

I’m so glad I discovered this hidden gem. After reading the reviews, I decided to book it for my birthday weekend at the harbor—and I’m so happy I did. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Shatia at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I mentioned wanting a room with a great view, and she truly delivered—I woke up to breathtaking views each morning. She even surprised me with a complimentary birthday meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. She checked in each time I came and went to make sure I was enjoying my stay, and her restaurant and attraction recommendations were spot on. I loved her spirit—so warm and genuinely welcoming. She made me feel at home, even while away. The parking team was great as well—they took exceptional care of my car. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great vibe and a beautiful view. I’ll definitely be back.

10 STARS! Several things went left for me while on this business trip but each nite I had a little piece of home to look forward to after a stressful day….my hotel!!!…. The fireplace is cozy in the lobby; the ambiance is upscale and modern; the rooms are clean; the view is breathtaking and the staff give 100% TOP NOTCH service. When I arrived I truly felt like royalty. They grabbed my bags, I met the manager because of a small question; - he emailed me within hours to resolve that issue and the entire time I was treated like a Queen. The rooms were clean and completely renovated. The shower was the reason I was late everywhere because I didn’t want to leave!!! I ate nightly at the restaurant La’jete and every dish was impeccable! The owner of the restaurant made me feel as if I’d known him for years….He suggested I try the rockfish and since I’d never heard of this fish I was nervous but it ended up being the only thing I wanted each day. Even my Lyft drivers were shocked when they discovered a small corner of town they’d never before encountered. One driver said he would come back to the hotel just to sit by the water once his shift was done. You do not want to stay anywhere else if you’re in Baltimore!

My stay was quiet at this charming boutique hotel right on Baltimore Harbor, just a short walk from the waterfront where all the pubs and restaurants are clustered. The Front Desk upgraded me to a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the harbor, and I really enjoyed the modern features especially the ability to stream directly on the TV. We also tried the on‑site restaurant, and the food was fresh and delicious. The crab cake was incredible, even though the portion was on the smaller side. It was a short stay, but it felt complete and satisfying.
