This room was absolutely beautiful. The stay was incredible and close to where we needed to be. They had a Resturant and all other amenities. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and relaxing. Too bad you didn’t have the next day available but I understand it was 4th of July weekend and we were last minute customers. I went to another hotel called the Homewood suites which was a lot more money and the stay was not a good stay!! Thank you for the great services you provided me

I've stayed here in Dec 2023 and received superb service, rooms were great, food menu was great, service was great. Went back in May 2026 and while the check in experience was phenomenal; the next day's was not. While attempting to get breakfast in an empty room no one came after sitting for 5 min. Even asked the manager if food had to be ordered elsewhere and was advised no. Gave up after 15 min. Upon checking out, we told the front desk and manager about it whom remember from earlier and asked if we ever got the coffee. Told him no and instead of offering to make it right, he said to write an email. Wow. Not an effort was made to get the coffee then, no apologies, nothing. Truly disappointed in the lack of hospitality and absence of service.

I had a reservation at this hotel, Canopy by Hilton Washington DC Embassy Row, on May 29th. I had a business event in DC and just needed a short stay. The suite I was given was not clean and had visible suspicious stains on the furniture with a smell of a wet dog. I went to the front desk about this matter and spoke with Bret Hart, the Assistant General Manager. He informed me that they had no more suites available and that he'd have to downsize my room to accommodate me for the night. He also informed me that I would not be charged for my reservation and would be refunded for the inconvenience. Bret told me to have the booking agency contact the hotel and speak to him or Melissa for confirmation of this refund. Today is June 5th, and each time I or the booking agency reaches out to the hotel, we're being told the manager is not available therefor my refund has not been processed. When I left the hotel, I was told by Melissa to leave my contact details for Bret to follow up with me, but no one has called me, and today, when I tried to get assistance, Issac told me to try calling on Sunday. The hotel has not been of any help. I asked for a simple refund receipt to be sent to me, and they couldn't even do that. Two staff members, one being the assistant general manager, were present during my check-in and for this conversation about my refund, yet neither Melissa nor Bret has done anything to assist with this matter. This hotel that is trademarked by Hilton worldwide claims to offer it's guest sophisticated comfort yet it's hotel has broken down elevators, and dirty suites accompanied with dismissive customer service. I'm very disappointed and I informed my company to remove this hotel from our booking recommendations as well as to update our liaison to avoid future situations with others.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location in Washington, DC. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Bret H at the front desk — he was exceptional in taking care of all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Truly appreciated his professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains for a restful night. Check-in was quick and the staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help with directions and recommendations. The fitness center and pool are well kept, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, though the dining area got crowded during peak hours. The only downsides were slightly slow Wi‑Fi in the evening and a higher-than-expected price for room service. Overall, excellent comfort and service — I’d happily stay here again.
