I was so pleasantly surprised by Capolinea! It's a restaurant in a hotel but not a hotel restaurant. The food, service, and, atmosphere were phenomenal. Reyes took wonderful care of us and the manager Lisa was also so caring and personal with us. The cuisine is flavorful and the table side martini service is a must try! I'll be back when I'm in Atlanta again for sure.

So the capilinea so an amazing restaurant that reside in the Signia hotel right next to the Georgia world Congress center and Mercedes stadium. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Even though I wasn’t dressed for this occasion during the con, I wasn’t treated any differently, and I was given the same service as anybody else would be given. He’s very nice not to be judged right off the roof and still be treated with high quality service. I waiter was amazing. I had to sit in the bar area. The view from the restaurant is quite quite a view and aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant is on par with most restaurants that you’ll ever. Drink wise I got the bitter Island. It was an interesting looking drinking came out extremely gorgeous but lack a little bit taste. Maybe because it was just a lot of ice in there, but still was pretty decent. Appetizer- I ended up getting the tricolore salad . This salad has a really unique taste, and whatever cheese they use there was die for. Overall, the salad was quite pleasant tasting. The main course I got the ORECCHIETTE. This was five for one of my most favorite Italian auditions I ever got to try. Everything was great. Presentation was great exercise great everything was fresh and the pasta was great especially being handmade. The sauce is the main star of dish along with the kind of sausages that just helped balance everything out I wish I had more of the sauce, but that would’ve been me being greedy and I would highly suggest this to anybody coming here to try this restaurant. Me being full enough I was about to leave, but there was offered dessert. The dessert was looking pretty good so I went ahead and ordered it.. I ended up getting the la dolce vita. This dessert was absolutely delicious. Wasn’t too heavy and not too late, but was able to hit everything needed. I will say that my server, Crystal , was quite helpful to help navigate through the menu, which a lot of the names are in Italian, but still legible for people we’re trying to figure out what things are. This is an Italian restaurant that lives up to its name. Unlike other places that I have been to this place, I would highly recommend going to if you’re staying at this hotel location. 10 out of 10 for me , worth every penny

Went to dinner with a business colleague and really liked the atmosphere and the service as a high end restaurant. The grilled calamari was tender and perfectly cooked, the rich dessert was excellent. The main entree I ordered (halibut) was a bit bland and the peas that garnished it were very stringy, I would have expected the peas to have been deveined for a higher end restaurant. Maybe it’s a southern thing and you just swallow it, but I had to spit out the chewy strings. Overall a good experience and would come back again but will avoid anything with string beans in it. Presentation of the dishes were elegant and artistically beautiful.

We expected to be dazzled by Capolinea, considering its stellar online reviews – 4.9 on Tripadvisor and 4.8 on Google. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. This is what we ordered: 4 Star (Very Good): Gnocchi Fritto (side) 3.5 Star (Good): Calamari (appetizer), Filetto Wagyu (entrée), Cioccolato Tosco (dessert) 3 Star (OK): Burrata con Zucca (appetizer) 2.5 Star (Below average): Creste di Gallo Alla Bolognese (entrée) 1.5 Star (Bad): Ossobuco (entrée) So there were no 5- or 4.5-star dishes. The best dish turned out to be one of the sides and none of the entrées truly impressed us. The flavorless Ossobuco was one of the worst we’ve ever tried. Their famed Creste di Gallo Alla Bolognese was pedestrian, at best matching what one would try at the Olive Garden. Our server, Lia, was very attentive and efficient. And the views of the Mercedes-Benz stadium are impressive. The ambiance is modern, upscale, and relaxed, yet the absence of tablecloths left us underwhelmed. Before tipping, we spent $256 for a three-person meal (no alcohol, only sparkling water, 2 appetizers, 3 entrées, 1 side, 1 dessert). We will not be returning to Capolinea.

I went here for my Bday dinner and was absolutely blown away by everything. The service was immaculate. Every dish wish we got was tasty. I loved the bread with chilli butter, truffle pasta, and chocolate desert. The view of the sunset was the icing on the cake. Honestly one of the best restaurants in downtown. Absolutely going again soon
