Absolutely love this place! Roni and I came here for lunch. Happy Hour $4-6 bucks (wine. Beer. Cocktails) Love the music and atmosphere. Pretty chandeliers, tufted velvet chairs and leather wingbacks inside with some nice outdoor tables as well. Service was excellent and I am obsessed with the Bourbon Salmon dish. Roni had the gyro with Fries (loved the fries when they were hot!) Here for a few more days and may just come back!

Bryce was absolutely amazing for our birthday dinner celebration. I came with my brother and he ensured that everything ran smoothly. If you’re ever coming to Chet ASK FOR BRYCE!! So kind; made sure all drinks were spot on and made sure food was up to quality standards. Chet overall is a lovely place to dine, the indoor vibe was ever loungy with great sized dining tables and amazing music. And the food portions were worth it, caught us by surprise. Definitely recommend!

Came with a group of friends and randomly picked Chet’s and I’m so glad we did! Dawnell, Rebecca, and Bryce were absolutely amazing. Their food and drink suggestions were spot on and made the whole experience even better. This is definitely going to be my go-to spot every time I’m in Dallas.”

I really like the location of this restaurant. We went there before a JFK Tour and had Chet's Spring Salad and the Grilled Salmon. Both were very good. The atmosphere is very eclectic.

I called in advance of the scheduled reservation to ask for a few accommodations and Jason was eager to help. We had 6 guests for a birthday gal's night on a Saturday evening. Yes, the restaurant is older, therefore it does have a lofty smell, but it did not deter the 5 star rating. The drinks were AH MAZ ING! The service was exemplary.. our server was Everick and we plan to return based on his 10 star treatment the entire night. The food was fresh and delicious. We all ordered different plates and not one person had complaints. Salmon, rigatoni, fish and chips, bread pudding, coconut ice cream.. not one disappointment! The drinks- lavender old fashioned, daiquiri, The Writer.. ALL were amazing, but The Writer was top tier! Ever Everick treated us like royalty. Do not let the downtown, corner, tucked away location make you shy away from trying this restaurant because it was worth the money and the 0.3 mile walk from The Westin Hotel.
