We loved the food, the atmosphere, and the drinks. We followed Fernando's recommendations, and they nailed every nuance of flavor. We highly recommend this place. Excellent service and delicious food.

We went to Chez Moi for Sunday brunch the day after Valentine’s Day as a group of five, including a one-year-old. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially in arranging our table with a high chair for the baby, which we truly appreciated. The brunch selections were excellent overall. Two of us ordered the steak and eggs, one had the lobster eggs Benedict (the day’s special), another chose the grits, and I ordered the savory crepe. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals. Unfortunately, my crepe fell short—it was a bit dry (which is unusual) and lacked flavor. I’m hoping this was just a one-off, as the overall experience and service were lovely. I would certainly return for another brunch soon.

This place is hands down one of my favorite spots in downtown Brooklyn. Not only has it always been so consistent and delicious, but the warm environment always makes me feel like I’m at home. Whether it’s brunch, where you are given a comforting, energizing welcome and experience, or dinner which gives the best balance of date night or group dinner energy, you just can’t go wrong. The ambiance tells enough of the story, and if you’re looking for a cool person to talk to - T is there most nights behind the bar and really just makes the evening even better. 10/10

They roped me in when I saw foie gras on the menu. It was so good that I had to go back a second night for another portion. Had the snails, short ribs, duck, and salmon. All were perfectly cooked. Don’t forget the dessert. For me crème brûlée or, if you are into chocolate, the mousse. Certainly leave room for dessert Wish they had a better, more extensive wine list but they did have some good French champagne at a reasonable price. Definitely worth the price of admission. Make a reservation.

A cute, cozy restaurant with (mostly) French food that was delicious! Portions were perfect for sharing-- it was 4 of us for my mom's birthday dinner. We actually got all the specials that the server listed (which I *never* do!) because they all sounded so good, and we were not disappointed! The carrot ginger soup (a special) was amazing and the French onion soup was great, too. Escargot was good, slightly too chewy for my taste. The branzino with mushrooms and bok choy in dashi broth was phenomenal! (Another special) And the last special, the pistachio risotto was amazing! Duck breast with barley was very good, as per my brother. And for the dessert, we got the floating meringue with almonds, salted caramel sauce, and a cream sauce. It was divine! Would definitely come back here and try the other food and desserts!
