I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru on June 25, 2026 at 7:00 AM. I do not know the employee’s name, but she was a black woman working the drive-thru at that time. I had a mobile order and received a notification that it was ready, but I did not receive my food until about 10 minutes later because customers in the regular drive-thru who arrived after me were being served first. When I finally received my order, there was no greeting or acknowledgment at all. She just handed it to me in pure silence when I said good morning. Once I got my food I couldn’t leave because the car in front of me was still waiting for its order. At any CFA location, employees ask waiting vehicles to pull forward so others behind can exit but that did not happen. I tried to get the employee’s attention but again, no acknowledgement. I understand delays happen, but after waiting around 25 minutes with only a few vehicles in line, I was disappointed by the level of customer service given that it’s a Chick Fil A. I hope store operator DuPre Bingham takes this feedback into consideration.

This is the worst chic fil a location I’ve ever been to. I try to avoid it because the wait time in mobile app line and regular line is always 10-15 minutes which is INSANE. You can’t even drive off if you need to because it traps you in. AVOID THIS LOCATION

The reviewers that mention slow service are not lying. I arrived 20 minutes after they opened and there were only 3 cars in front of me and it still took over 20 minutes to get my food. The 2 people working the drive thru were elderly, rude, and slow as molasses. If you are looking to grab a quick bite to eat before work, I'd suggest that you go somewhere else, unless you have 20+ minutes to waste sitting in a drive thru.
