Honestly, this is the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. The employees just chat in Creole, ignore customers, and act inconvenienced by you showing up to buy food. Not a one time experience either. It’s every single time I come here, but there aren’t many options at 5:30am in an airport. Unfortunate. Update: came back to try again and they got my order wrong, took too long, and were too busy arguing with each other. Fire all of them and rehire human beings please.

I have never been to Chick-fil-a until today and I didn't understand the hype. But the food was pretty good, and for the classic "airport price" 6 dollars for a chicken sandwich is a great deal, and it's in a nice area.

My experience at the Chick-fil-A was disappointing, especially compared to the high standards the brand is usually known for. The biggest issue was the speed of service. Even with what seemed like a manageable crowd, the line moved painfully slow, and the wait time was far longer than expected for what should be a quick airport meal. When you’re traveling and often pressed for time, that kind of delay is frustrating and unnecessary. Customer service was also lacking. The staff didn’t come across as particularly friendly or attentive, which is surprising given Chick-fil-A’s reputation for exceptional hospitality. Interactions felt rushed and impersonal, and there wasn’t much effort to engage or ensure orders were correct. Overall, this location falls short of expectations. Between the slow service and underwhelming customer experience, it’s not a place I’d go out of my way to visit again—especially in an airport where efficiency and friendliness matter most.

First time I’ve ever given a one star review for this restaurant the coffee was very bitter over brewed and they had no Splenda or sugar-free sweetening and to make matters worse they have a tip right upfront. First time I ever seen that not politely asked for a refill. They don’t give refills. What a horrible place.😡
