We booked this hotel for a large group of Junior beta kids (7th & 8th graders) and honestly, they’ve been great. They’ve taken care of us and been understanding and pleasant for the most part. My only complaint is that our tv remote didn’t work in our room, but honestly, we weren’t in the room long enough to really bother us too badly. Considering they have dealt with a large group of middle school kids, I think they’ve been great and extremely flexible.

Good location and breakfast. Kind morning staff. We reserved a room a while back. Put in the notes we wanted adjoining rooms. We arrived and they told us we were on different floors. When asking how we can get adjoining rooms, they said to put it in the notes (which we did). He said it's not guaranteed to get if you request it. Also checked in via their own texting service. They never replied. They told us they can only send out. Cancelled our return trip reservation and we'll stay somewhere else. Also, we found mildew and rooms not very clean.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, our room was very nice and the lady behind the front desk was awesome. The location was great in regard to proximity to friends, although, getting in and out of the hotel parking lot is a little bit of a pain.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Our room smelled and the front office lady/manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She told my kids they couldn’t throw the ball in the pool! They weren’t bothering anybody and we were the only ones in the pool. I will never be staying here again and don’t recommend this place at all. Read the reviews, there are many complaints about her.

Watch out! First we got room 133 and the door knob was broken and wouldn't lock. I told staff at the front desk and he acted mad that I told him about it, maybe they hope people dont notice that? I really don't know. They changed the room to 245 and the shower head in the bathroom was broken like you see in the photo and the light flickered on and off. The photos are deceptive this hotel is scary, I wouldn't stay here.
