Poor hotel, first night killed a roach in the room, ac barely blows and the staff was slow and unreliable. I myself would've stayed at hilton but my new coworker picked this place. Also you're unable to charge items to the room fyi.

The stay was okay and the customer service was fine. My main concern was how thin the floors and walls were—let’s just say Sasquatch lived above me and Snow White was next door with nonstop bird-chirp sleep sounds from 10 at night till morning. The room light didn’t work upon entry, and there was visible damage above the A/C unit. It also had that old hotel smell that had me lighting a candle just to tolerate it. It was clean after a thorough check with no bugs, and since I was there for an emergency, it did the job. But for comfort or lounging? Absolutelyyyyyyyyy not honey!

Everything was clean and the folks were nice. The only thing I didn't like was there were no restaurants within walking distance, other than that it was very nice especially for the price.
