I just drove 4 hours here and it’s 11:05 PM and about 150 kids are here for a Hockey tournament. The kids are literally playing hockey in the hallways and screaming and yelling. They’re all outside screaming and yelling. The entire hotel is soaked from dozens of kids in and out of the pool running around screaming, and yelling. No parents in site. If I don’t get my money back I’m going to be furious. Worst hotel ever they arent doing anything about this.

This hotel was a real gem! Super comfy beds and the breakfast spread was impressive—lots of choices. Plus, the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back next time!

Had to stay here during the blizzard as it was closest to my job for back and forth travel. The price for the rooms wasn’t bad. We stayed two nights. We had good service from the front desk to even the plow driver who helped get us out in the morning. The rooms are a bit dated but overall they were clean and quiet, and the shower had hot water. The basic necessities. They had breakfast out at 6 am. I would stay here again.

At first, it seemed nice. After dropping off the luggage and guests at the front door, I had to find a place to park. Once I did, I happen to be a few cars down from a guy, and a couple of girls smoking pot in their car. Ignored that. Went into the lobby, there were two girls in their pajamas sitting on a otterman, while their children ran around the lobby, not so bad, right? But it was almost 2:15 am. Got my card, went to the room, card didn't work, back downstairs I went, I asked for help from the balcony, and she ignored me, so I went back to the lobby, and asked her if she heard me, she said yes, but I dont talk to people from the loft, rudely. Back to the room, walking down the hallway, could hear someone yelling at someone on the phone, right next to our room, of course. It just seemed like it was a place to party and do drugs. Went in the room, and we both just felt dirty being there. Tried to sleep, but kids were running up and down the hallway until almost 3 am. In the morning we went downstairs for "breakfast ". The place was disgusting, to say the least. Cardboard boxes on tables, food all over the counter, refrigerator left open, with food inside. Just gross all around. And the cleaning staff was just lazy. I will NEVER go there again, nor do I recommend that you do either.

This place wasn’t the worst, but definitely not winning any “most comfortable stay” awards either. The room was missing curtains, and the A/C heat was locked on some hotel-controlled “ambient temperature system,” which basically means you’re at the mercy of their thermostat. The beds were cheap, you can feel the springs like a trampoline from 1995. The pillows, knotted, flat, and about as comfy as a bag of laundry. The room smelled musty, was humid, and quite dusty. The TV was so tiny I wish I had binoculars just to see the screen. Everything feels old and dated. The towels smelled like curry and saffron, which was a strange surprise. The bathroom had water damage, rust, and a strong mildew smell. The shower head was missing a gasket and sprayed half the bathroom, and the door jambs didn’t have seals, so light poured in around the frame like a horror movie prop. The staff was demanding, and when we checked in they were speaking rudely to other guests about noise complaints. Not exactly a warm welcome. Bottom line, it’s a place to crash, but it badly needs updates and some basic hospitality training.
