Jamie Gaines is a phenomenal agent. He was quite personable and it was a great pleasure working with him on getting our Atlanta temple sold. Hands down, 10/10, down to earth, incredibly hardworking gentleman whom clearly has many years of expertise under his belt. I had called and met many realtors prior, who gave prices and suggestions with little reasoning & support to back them. While others seemed quite unsure how to go about selling our rather unique property, Jamie stood out far beyond the others. On our initial meet, he had already begun planning how he would position our property on the market, with ideas as to who our most likely prospects would be. He was the ONLY agent who provided the most accurate and realistic COMPs to base our market price on, and provided extensive reasoning behind them. He satisfied our many inquiries, and was thoroughly honest throughout all our dealings, constantly updating us even before we could ask how things were going. He was constantly making calls and arranging for various showings of our property, all the up till the end. He lined up a back-up offer in case our deal fell through (which thankfully it didn't). His work ethic and dedication was appreciated, but above all, his willingness to make sure we were always pacified, up-to-date and on board with everything going on pleased us greatly. He really amazed us with his commitment to sell the temple, and he delivered after affirming he was the man for the job. This was a great weight off of our shoulders, and we have Jamie to thank for helping with that!
