I stayed here 3 nights in May 2026, because my home was being renovated. The hotel is in an industrial area and evidently most of the guests are contracted workers. I would never stay here with children. I paid in advance, and when I was checked in I was asked for a $100 deposit? Then the room I was paid for was already occupied, so moved to another room. When I got off the elevator for my floor, everyday there was the overwhelming smell of weed. In general I had limited contact with staff, but I would say they were "confused". The Internet and cable went in and out. I think this alone would tell you how this stay went. 2 Stars only because it was close to my home.

I wish I would've followed the negative reviews. When arriving on the property the entire hotel smelled of marijuana. Our room had the smell as well. When opening the provided fridge, there was such a horrible smell that I gagged and it lingered. The sheets had stains and hairs in them. It looks like they had swept the room. Yellow stains on the wall. Best of all, a sewing needle embedded in the carpet. We stayed a total of 15 minutes. We have 3 small children and could not in good faith accept these conditions. We let the front desk know, we were only told to call our booking site, no other resolutions offered. (guy was nice, though.) our credit card company called and the hotel hung up on them. Country inn then stated no reimbursement of any sort. I have emailed them, no response. I would save yourself the headache and money and look elsewhere.

100% the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We had to stay in the area for surgery performed in the local hospital and had to get a last minute hotel. Reviews and pics looked fine. First room reaked of cigarette smoke and clearly had not been cleaned complete with bodily fluid lookong like smears on the walls. Second room literally had period blood stains on sheets. Third room obviously had not been cleaned or used for some time as there were piles of drywall dust on the bathroom counter, bathroom was not cleaned. We didn't want to change rooms again. Basically made do and tried to not think about it. The staff member was nice in switching our rooms though. But no one else appeared to be staying on our floor - not bad, just odd. I wish I had taken pictures, but the entire experience was so weird. The second night a different and obviously intoxicated hotel worker knocked on our door asked why we were in that room. I guess the person who placed us there didnt update their system? Then she called the room after leaving, I'm still not sure why. When I went for additional towels, they had stains on them and were thread bare, like see through. Seriously, I've worked at a hotel and I've stayed at run down places, but this one was the worst. Whenever we were in the lobby, other guests were also complaining about the rooms, cleanliness, etc. The pool and hot tub were out of service, but based on the condition of the rooms, I wouldn't trust them.

I rarely leave reviews, but people need to be warned about what we experienced at this hotel. We arrived late at night (around 10 PM) after a long and emotional day attending a funeral, expecting a clean and safe place to rest. What we walked into was beyond disturbing. Our first room had what appeared to be blood on the curtains and even on the ceiling. It was honestly so bad it looked like a crime scene—completely unacceptable and shocking. We immediately went to the front desk. I do want to note that the front desk employee was very kind and tried to be helpful, but what made this even more concerning is that he was already aware of the blood on the ceiling. We were then shown multiple other rooms (we checked about five in total), and every single one had visible blood and/or was dirty and unsanitary. The second room alone had what looked like blood on the towels, pillows, and floors. At that point, it was clear this was not an isolated issue—it was a widespread problem throughout the hotel. This situation caused: * Major inconvenience late at night * Emotional distress, especially given the reason for our stay * A complete loss of trust in the hotel’s hygiene and safety standards * We had to scurry to find another hotel late at night, which was a huge inconvenience No guest should ever have to experience anything like this. Cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation, and this hotel failed entirely. We are seeking a full refund and appropriate compensation, and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking here.

I travel domestically and internationally, and I have stayed in numerous hotels. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was so awful, I felt compelled to leave a review to warn others. This was the worst hotel I have ever experienced. Unexpectedly, I needed a temporary place to stay while having repair work done to my home, so I temporarily checked into this hotel. The manager "Deepa" was extremely rude and unprofessional during my stay. She quoted one rate and changed the rate the next day, stating she changed her mind because I did not stay at the property "long enough." The breakfast was mediocre, at best. The wifi does not work. The hotel room walls are paper thin, and I had to call the front desk multiple times, in one day, and eventually requested to be moved to a different floor because of constant noise and loud banging sounds from the floor above me (I stayed more than one night because my initial reservation was paid in full at booking). This hotel is poorly ran and the manager lacks training, professionalism, and basic decency.
