It was really comfortable. The response of the receptionists was excellent. It was a room where the cleaner also felt the polite work. I was nervous about traveling abroad for the first time in my life, traveling alone for the first time in my life, but I was really happy at this hotel. When I go back to Jpn, I will work hard again and I will definitely come back. Thank you ♡ ありがとう!!

I have been staying at this hotel fairly regularly for business and personal travel since 2012. You cannot beat the location. It’s in the newly developed Harbor East area, a short walk from, but not downtown. Little Italy is one block north. You can walk to Fells Point in 5 minutes. There is a walking path along the harbor. You can walk to the sports complex in 15 minutes and the Inner Harbor in 10. Just spent a weekend there and never touched the car. I stay regularly in other Marriott Courtyard locations for business travel, and this property is in need of a renovation. The rooms are clean, but the bed is older. The shower faucet had two temperatures: really hot and scalding hot. The decor needs updating. The TV worked fine but is older and smaller. I’ll probably stay there again on my next trip, but the hotel needs some TLC.

We stayed on a Saturday night in February. Great location with an excellent parking garage attached. Check in was easy, room was clean and we had a nice breakfast at the Bistro. At first we thought the Bistro prices were a bit high, but the servings were large and well prepared.

I was not satisfied with our stay. The positive notes were the location, and the cleanliness of the room. Also, there was one employee who was working the morning of January 4th who was good. The other two people working the front desk were dismissive and unengaged when we asked questions. The male employee working the evening of January 1st, did not know anything about the parking in the area the hotel was located and was unfriendly about it. I am most unsatisfied with the fact that your company hides costs to make your hotel seem cheaper to stay at. You list pet-friendly and parking as amenities, but you do not make the cost of those things clear and readily available on your website. I was not happy to be surprised with 175 dollars more just upon check in. It is criminal to charge 100 dollars for a service animal when little children and drunk adults definitely make larger messes. That 100 dollars should be a refundable deposit just in case. To top it all off, it was apparently obvious that your employees do not check the dates on the wine because we spent almost 30 dollars on the worst bottle of wine I have ever tasted at your hotel. You try to make yourselves seem high end but deliver a very cheap product. It is hugely disappointing that you do not even provide complimentary coffee, and the free water has lemons in it. It was not until check out the the only good employee offered us complimentary water bottles.

Location is great and rooms were clean. Biggest complaint though and noticed after the fact in all the other reviews...hot water is questionable on if you'll have it. First night, shower was so cold even after a few minutes. Second night, still cold but stayed in a little longer and it got warmer. Next day, took shower early in the morning and it was hot. Not sure if it's a demand issue, but think they need new or more water heaters.
