The last two times my guest and I have booked with this location, we have been very happy. Our room exceeded our expectations for comfort and cleanliness. Convenient location as it is right near the Lincoln shopping plaza and food spots. Great road trip stop location if you’re looking to spend a night. We were both very happy with the quality of service we received working with the front desk staff, Regina. She has always been so kind and helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. You can tell she likes her job and working with people and her presence truly adds to the welcoming atmosphere.

Except for the indoor pool and the beds, our stay was horrible. If I could, I would give zero stars. I requested for our room to be cleaned and they said they only clean every other day. We were only there for two nights anyway! There were washing machines and dryers going on 24 hours a day. We couldn’t sleep from the noise of the machines. Room 209 is the worst! The bathrooms only have the minimum, soaps, shampoo conditioner and body wash. And obviously towels, and toilet paper, but no other sanitary stuff. There’s no breakfast included with the rooms, that was fine, we accepted that. But getting breakfast from the kitchen downstairs was a minimum 30-minute wait for a minimum of $25 per person, and it wasn’t even good. I told several people at the front desk about this and they didn’t take me seriously; each one kept saying “thank you for letting me know”. At least pretend you care! Will not go here again; not good for families with young kids and not even for couples.

I booked a wedding room block at this hotel and had many of my guests staying here for our wedding weekend. The experience was unbelievably disappointing and poorly managed from start to finish. For three weeks leading up to the wedding, I repeatedly called the hotel to confirm that the bartender would be available until 12:30, which was promised by the sales team when we booked the block. I left multiple messages asking to speak with the sales representative, a manager, or literally anyone who could confirm the details. Not a single call was returned. The night of the wedding only got worse. The front desk employee, Lois, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the hotel escalated it to the point where they called the police on me—in my own hometown—while I had dozens of wedding guests staying at the hotel. As a local business owner, that was incredibly embarrassing and completely unnecessary. It was a terrible use of local police resources and a situation that should have been handled professionally by hotel staff. To make matters worse, the hotel also failed to properly switch the room keys, leaving the groom locked out of his room for nearly an hour on his wedding day. Between the complete lack of communication, broken promises from the sales team, rude front desk staff, and the overall mishandling of our wedding block, this was an unacceptable experience. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel for weddings or any special events. I would like to be contacted by corporate regarding this situation.

We loved it here. Clean room, very nice hot tub and pool (even open late). we added the breakfast deal to the room cost def worth the little bit of extra money. Staff was all very nice. LOVED breakfast! 10/10 recommend this hotel!

Excellent stay from start to finish. Friendly greeting and easy check-in right away. The room was very clean and spacious — king bedroom with a separate living room, and both rooms had good-size TVs. After checking in, I called the front desk for an extra blanket and it was brought up in less than five minutes, which was impressive. The hotel was clean throughout, the shower was a nice size, and the noon checkout was a big plus. Great location too, right next to a gas station and a shopping center, which made things super convenient. Honestly, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Would definitely stay here again.
