Location needs better signing. Easy to drive by.Check in a bit slow. Room was not ready after 4:30. He gave us a different room very small and luggage cart didn't fit it the room because of the way the furniture was arranged. Made it difficult for us seniors to unload.Room not worth the price I had to pay.The young lady at the Bistro Bar was excellent.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews - I just don’t come back. However, I feel bad for the very nice staff. Cafe is short staffed and our of a variety of items - paper for receipts, coffee cup lids, granola for yogurt parfait. Overheard the the dinner meatballs were cold. The electronic lock on my first room would not open. After 3rd trip to front desk the nice attendant gave me a different room. Lock system is out of date and doesn’t support electronic key. Rooms have small TV - my TV’s sleep timer didn’t work. Couldn’t get on the WiFi (no problem at other Marriott properties). Do better for your employees and customers

This hotel went above and beyond during the Blizzard of 2026. Jimmy Althenor, stayed awake for over 24 hours to accommodate the guests of this hotel, while we were all stranded inside due to the crazy amounts of snow, and Cassandra Sanders made sure no one went hungry, she refused to let the guests of the hotel starve and put out food for everyone especially she made sure the kids were fed! The employees of this hotel have a true heart for people, and taking care of us. I’m so glad we chose them, to be stuck somewhere during the blizzard of 2026! Job well done!

I stay in Marriott’s a few days a week for work. This was my worst visit of 2025. I had high hopes when I entered as the front desk area was nice and up to brand standards. The woman who helped me was fantastic. Then I got to my room…….The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming. The heater was rattling and loud and the fridge was vibrating loudly. If it wasn’t so late when I arrived I would have left. Thankfully I fall sleep easily because for most people there is no way they could sleep. I never complain but Marriott should know how poorly their brand is represented by this location. It needs some serious renovations.
