Nothing could have been better. It was clean and crisp. The espresso was great! The staff was very helpful comparable to the people in a small town.

Located near most Embassies, so very convenient for short business trips. They welcomed us with cookies, and goodies for the kids. The room we stayed was very clean, comfortable beds, but on the small side. No closet, but a little space to hang clothing. Initially we thought parking was included, but is was not. $50 dollars per night paid to a 3rd party. You can park somewhere else, but we did not because we have little kids. They have a restaurant, but breakfast is not included. No food or brevages included. We ordered 3 parfait and 1 cup of coffee and paid $40. Probably standard for DC.

Amazing service at the front desk! The AC in our room stopped working and we were swiftly moved to a new room. Great, walkable location (walk down the street to Tatte for coffee and breakfast!) I’d absolutely stay here again.

The front desk who checked us in (Valerie) was amazing! She was able to accommodate two rooms next to each other for our family. She was also super helpful whenever we had any questions. Alex & James at the cafe were great as well! They went above & beyond to help accommodate our dietary restrictions. Thank you for helping make my parents' anniversary great!

Worst Marriott Property I’ve Ever Stayed At I’ve stayed at Marriott properties all over the world and hold Ambassador Elite status, so I know what to expect from this brand. Unfortunately, this hotel completely missed the mark and was the worst Marriott experience I’ve ever had. First off, it’s overpriced for what you get. I stayed here for five days, and the room was outdated, the sheets were dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t work. As an Ambassador member, I’m entitled to complimentary breakfast, but instead, I was given a one-time $10 voucher that barely covered a coffee ($4.50) — and no change was offered. When I called to request bottled water, I was told to come downstairs and get it myself, which was unbelievable. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping never came unless I requested it, and even then, it took forever. I’ve always trusted the Marriott brand, but this property doesn’t live up to the name. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel — especially to loyal Bonvoy members who expect the quality and service Marriott is known for.
