I stayed at this hotel January 08, 2026 for one night and accidentally left my necklace in the shower of room 235. I called the next day, and they told me to file a report on ileftmystuff.com. I did exactly that, and the response I received was that nothing was found. I tried calling the manager afterwards, no answer. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. I know precisely where I left my necklace: inside the shower of room 235. So either the room was not cleaned properly, or there are very dishonest people working here. Either way, it’s unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Went to an event there. I had the most personable, attentive waitress. Her name was Elizabeth. I have never had such wonderful service. She was efficient and made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. I've had good service before but her actions stood out. We were there for a great cause but her workmanship was amazing and stood out. Thank you

As an IHG Executive Platinum member, I stay at many properties, but my recent experience at the Crowne Plaza Warwick was truly a standout. From the moment I arrived, the service was seamless and high-touch. Jon, the manager, is absolutely outstanding. His leadership clearly reflects in the operations of this hotel—he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was terrific. We were warmly greeted upon entry and immediately upgraded to a King Platinum room, which was pristine and perfectly appointed. It was everything a frequent traveler hopes for but rarely finds. I am super excited to return to this property; I honestly wish all hotels operated with this level of excellence and attention to detail. I will definitely be back.

I can truly only speak to the service of the events and banquet team as i was here for a work function. I can say the breakfast provided was very good, the grand ballroom is beautiful, well maintained, very clean, and a good size for work functions or wedding receptions. Location is close to PVD airport which os convenient for out of town guests, and about a 15 minute drive to Providence, little over an hour to Boston. Did have colleagues stay in hotel and had good things to say about the rooms and quality but I cannot speak to it personally.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had the pleasure of being served by Mike F. at the bar several times during my stay. I cannot recommend his service highly enough! From the moment I sat down, he was attentive, personable, and truly knowledgeable about the menu. He remembered my drink preferences after the first night and offered fantastic, creative suggestions when I wanted to try something new. His Old Fashioned was perfectly balanced—easily one of the best I've ever had. Beyond the drinks, he maintains a great presence behind the bar. He handles busy periods with calm efficiency and always has a welcoming smile. He genuinely elevated the bar experience from just a hotel amenity to a destination. If you're looking for a top-notch cocktail and a great conversation, ask for him.
