Dad’s Garage is one of the best theater spaces in Atlanta in my opinion. The shows are consistently excellent, creative, and surprisingly affordable! I’ve taken multiple improv and burlesque classes there, and transformative is honestly an understatement. The instructors are so caring and the sense of community is incredible. Whether you’re seeing a show or taking a class Dad’s creates experiences that stick with you long after you leave. This theater is doing truly amazing work, and Atlanta is lucky to have it.

Came on a Saturday for improv. First time here. First time at an improv show. 11/10 will do again. Frequently. Well put together and executed, friendly staff, fantastic show, improv was genuine and very very good, host was great, pace of show was on point, atmosphere electric, I can go on ..... Cannot wait to come back. So much so that I'm coming back in 30 mins for the burlesque show.

Reasonably priced comedy. Love all the random paintings and the general vibe of the building. 30 years and still going strong! If you want to support the local scene, this is the place for you. They are non profit and take volunteers to help out with the shows. They have a concession area complete with alcohol and non alcoholic options. Overall, I definitely recommend going here if you are in the area or not! My date and I drive an hour and 20 minutes to come out and enjoyed every minute of the laughs!

It was my first time attending a live Improv Show and it was so much fun. It was a Dungeons and Dragons theme and very entertaining. They also have a concessions stand for drinks and snacks. I wish they had more food options.
