Fernando did an amazing job on my sink repair. I had an issue with leaking and the housing of the faucet was weak and low pressure. The upgrade he did and install was professional and quick! Excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the process. I needed to replace an older leaking water heater, and they took the time to evaluate everything on site, explain my options clearly, and answer all of my questions. I was out of town while trying to coordinate the project, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. They worked with my timeline and fit the installation in between two trips, which I really appreciated. The installation, done by Jim, was smooth and very well done. He upgraded me to a 50-gallon Bradford White unit at the same quoted price, installed a new expansion tank, shutoff valve, and pan, and handled the permit process as well. The workmanship was clean and professional, and the final result looks great. I also appreciated how respectful and easy to work with they were throughout the whole job. Highly recommend if you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable plumbers who do quality work and provide excellent customer service.

I am ELATED with Dalmatian Plumbing and with my onsite Professional Plumber, Jim. I called around 8am this morning and received a text round 9:26am confirming my person was in the way. Jim was friendly, courteous and used shoe covers inside my home. He listened tentatively, asked engaging questions to help identify the problem and a plan. I was impressed he took a holistic approach not just about my leak, but details of its impact on the house water system. He confirmed the plan, gave me the cost breakdown, and after approval, initiated the work. He engaged me as needed in the process with updates and patient with my elementary questions. I am so happy with Jim’s work, solving my leaks and organized the chaos of plumbing lines. Thanks to my Plumber Whisper, Jim.
