From the excellent customer service and hospitality from Emmanuela to the service itself, I can’t recommend this wellness experience enough. We especially enjoyed the sauna, cold plunge, and the Normatec leg compression device, which made the experience feel both rejuvenating and restorative. While there was a minor issue during our visit, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Emmanuela handled the situation beautifully, took complete ownership of the mistake, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the process. Shortly after, Mario, the Head of Hospitality, personally reached out to reinforce the apology and ensure everything was made right. That level of professionalism and attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. Their hospitality completely elevated our experience, and it’s clear this team truly values their guests.
