    Warning: Theft from Vehicles Goes Ignored On June 8, 2026 between 12 and 2am, my 9 year old son's suitcase and backpack were stolen from his father's rental vehicle while parked poolside at this hotel. The backpack contained his electronics. They had a 6am flight and he left with nothing, no clothes, no shoes, nothing. The front desk staff member on duty, Murviny, admitted he was new and couldn't help. He also acknowledged that he had noticed teenagers walking around the building all night but never called authorities or alerted anyone. No cameras are positioned in the area where the theft occurred. When we looked into it further, we learned that theft is apparently a known and recurring issue at this property and nothing is done about it. Management does not take responsibility and staff are not equipped to handle security concerns. Do not stay here if you value your safety or your belongings. They will fill your room and look the other way. It absolutely can and will happen to you.

    The airport shuttle and check in process was really smooth! The staff were also friendly and the cookies are delicious!! HOWEVER there was a ROACH on the ceiling in our first room 661 and the room just looked really busted, it literally looked like somebody broke into the door before! We called downstairs and they moved us to another room, but this room had trash under the chair!! At this point we just had to pick it up ourselves because it was late at night but @management PLEASE make sure all the rooms are clean and roaches in the room are not okay!!! We also did not receive any sort of compensation..

    Clean Hotel, from the front door to your room. Visit The BAR And Restaurant. The food is excellent and the drinks were good. I was there on a long business trip and everything went smooth. They had a Friendly Staff that Resolved issues positively and fast. They were accommodating for early arrival. The free airport shuttle is a plus. You should definitely stay here. I made it a point to mention these positive things to the front desk manager who was busy but attentive and always listened to each person she encountered, even when it seemed she wouldn’t have enough time due to the busy-ness of the front desk.

    I recently stayed here and while the bed was super comfy, I was unfortunately very disappointed due to a number of issues that significantly impacted my comfort and overall experience. First, the noise level was unacceptable. From about midnight until nearly 6:00 a.m., neighboring guests were extremely loud, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. While occasional noise can be expected in a hotel, the level and duration of the disturbance were excessive. When a complaint was made to the front desk there was no follow up. In addition, the room itself had several maintenance issues. The toilet ran continuously throughout my stay, which was both annoying and concerning. The HVAC system also did not function properly, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room. To make matters worse, the entire building’s water was shut off for approximately two hours during my stay. There was no advance notice provided to guests, nor were there any alternative accommodations or clear communication from staff during this time. Unfortunately, guest service throughout these issues was mediocre at best. Staff did not appear particularly responsive or proactive in addressing the concerns or communicating with guests about the disruptions. Overall, this stay failed to meet the basic expectations for comfort, maintenance, or service. I hope the hotel addresses these issues so future guests do not have a similar experience.

    Easy and safe location by the airport with a no hassle pickup service. The staff were all very helpful and quick. Phone as a key and toiletries available at the front desk. Downsides would be no spa services.
