Great location. This hotel is so dated, needs current upgrades. Furniture is unclean, several noticeable stains. There was a bug in the bathroom, mold in bathroom celling shower area. This location is very disappointing for the amount of money for my 4 day stay.

Customer service was outstanding. The A/C went out in my room and they promptly sent maintenance up, ultimately had to move rooms due to the unit being completely broken - the move was also smooth and prompt. Claude is an amazing concierge, made me feel very welcome and accommodated. The best part of my stay was the people. :) Not in a walkable area, be prepared to rent a car or Uber/Lyft.

Five stars for the hospitality! The property was great, but the highlight was the welcoming staff. Kyrus is awesome and did a great job with my check-in experience. Everything was seamless and handled with a smile. Thank you, Kyrus!

I resided at this hotel three times while visiting Houston Texas. They say three times is a charm but unfortunately my third time was an utter offense. March 9th is my birthday and I visited this hotel between March 6th and March 10th 2026. I was gifted small gold diamond chipped earrings valuing over 3,500 which were stolen by the 4:30 clean up crew, two women who barely spoke English, whose faces I will not forget.(Put them in a line up) We left the room for a function that we needed to be punctual for. As I rode the elevator, I expressed to my partner that I totally forgot to put my earrings in the safe, but I was optimistic that they would be there when I returned, although I had a funny gut feeling. When I returned to the room the first thing I did was seek out my earrings, much to my dismay both pair of earrings were missing. I took a deep breath and I searched every nook and cranny of the room and patiently waited to the morning to see if they would reappear before I went to management. Not only did I complain verbally I filled out a formal complaint form. I called for days which turned into weeks which turned into months just to get the runaround. I was transferred from person to person. Chris, housekeeping management transferred me to the front desk management who told me he would email me so that I would have his direct information to reach out to him if I had any further questions, of course I never received that. He also told me that the claims department would email me and I had to go through the channels before I could get resolved. Again much to my dismay there was absolutely no resolve, and absolutely no email from the claims department I conveyed to Chris housekeeping management the value of my earrings. I also told them I had the receipt and I also have an image I will never stay at this hotel again on my frequent visits to Houston. My next step is to involve the law to see if I can press charges since I am not getting any valuable response. I'm pretty sure with the shady housekeepers that this is not their first rodeo of theft Those earrings were a birthday gift and I deeply saddened. Oh did I forget to mention I am a highly disgruntled Hilton honors member because of the above facts.

Everything was good and a vibe. I do feel like it's time for room upgrades. My floor and couch was badly stained. And the cleanliness was lacking. Other than that great value, location, bar, and lobby was good.

Courtney at the front desk gave me the best hospitality and her attitude and energy was amazing. Thank you Courtney!

2nd time staying here. I really enjoyed my stay for the second time. Staff is always friendly, kind and accommodating. Excellent location. Walking distance ti convenience stores and restaurants.

Room was dirty and beds were stained. There were zyn pouches stuck to the ceiling. The tub didn’t drain. Our key cards didn’t work and had to be replaced daily. SO OVERPRICED. The bartender is fantastic though and the highlight of my stay. Everything else was genuinely horrible and offensive.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and one of the few positive aspects of my stay. However, I was extremely disappointed with the overall condition of the property, especially considering it is advertised as a four-star hotel. In my opinion, the quality and maintenance did not even meet the standards of a two-star hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, I paid a significant amount of money for this stay and drove nearly 12 hours to visit Houston, so I expected a much higher level of quality, cleanliness, and comfort upon arrival. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues throughout the room. Some electrical outlets were hanging from the wall, the main entrance door was difficult to open and close, and there was duct tape visible underneath the bed. I also noticed mold in the shower area and around the bedroom window glass from the outside, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and health standpoint. In addition, multiple curtain hooks were broken, there was rust on the bathroom door from the inside, the lamps appeared dirty, and the carpet had visible burn marks. I have stayed in many lower-rated hotels across the country that were significantly cleaner and better maintained than this property. We also encountered roaches inside the room, which was extremely unacceptable and raised serious concerns regarding the hotel’s cleanliness and sanitation standards. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the standards expected from a four-star hotel, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and invests in proper maintenance and upkeep moving forward. To make matters even more disappointing, someone from Hilton Honors contacted me and asked how I would rate my stay on a scale from 1–5, with 5 being excellent. I rated my experience a 1, and I was then asked if I would like to receive a follow-up phone call regarding my concerns. I agreed; however, I have not received any communication from anyone since then. This occurred on Sunday, 05/24/2026. Although my overall experience at the hotel was disappointing, I do want to recognize Michael at the front desk during check-in. He was genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful employees I have come across in hospitality. Michael was professional, respectful, patient, and willing to assist in every way possible. His positive attitude and customer service were truly the only bright part of the experience, and I believe he deserves recognition for the way he treats guests.
