I ordered plain cake donuts and I got some weird tasing blob. I also outdrew plain cake donuts either chocolate icing and I got over set chocolate donuts with chocolate icing one taste and i threw them away.

Typical terrible service... stood there for five minutes while the 6 "staff" members were BSing with each other.. 2 other orders came and went before they could be bothered with a medium burnt coffee.

I don’t normally post reviews but I had such a terrible unsanitary experience. First, I waited a long time to receive just a bagel and cream cheese. Then, when I bit into it, there was a napkin or a piece of paper in the middle. It was disgusting. I went inside and they remade it for me but the indoor dining area was filthy. Someone needs to call the health department

Tried to get donuts in the drive through this morning. Was told that I couldn’t and I had to “come inside if I wanted donuts” the person at the window said they were too short staffed to give me donuts in the drive through that they didn’t have someone that could box them up… they were not busy no one behind me in line no one in line inside the store multiple employees just standing around. There would have had to been a person inside to box them up for me had I come inside the store… so I’m not sure how that made sense to tell me I couldn’t get them in the drive through. I was able to get a toasted bagel and a latte in the drive through which takes more time than putting 12 random donuts in a box… I will be getting my donuts from elsewhere moving forward.

I love Dunkin and I want this location to better and I’m rooting for them to be better. This is bottom 2 I’ve ever been to. I usually drive two miles east to avoid this one. I went a few days ago and: the drive thru was cash only (half the time I’ve been the drive thru is closed), it took the staff way too long to fill a half dozen donut order for the family in front of me, they left my order at the cash register and didn’t tell me it was there and not the pick up counter, they put two lids on my small coffee cup and this caused a spill in my car when trying to open the lid hole, bathroom was gross.
