The room is extremely small. There is no hairdryer provided in the room, and the noise is terrible because they start vacuuming the hallways right from 9 AM. Considering the room size and the level of service, I feel it is overpriced.

The room had a weird smell, the AC unit was very loud and the room has shutters with no curtains so a lot of light gets in at night. The conditioner and body wash were also empty in the shower. Lastly I got woken up by vacuuming right outside my door. The employees were friendly.

Giving this hotel a two star is pushing it. The parking, well, there was no parking. We had to park 20 mins away—which we walked because it was already had enough to drive through DC and walking was better than an uber. Once we got to the hotel, there was not a soul to help us. No one was at the front desk. I think this is highly unprofessional by itself. Where is the help when you have an issue? Then, we tried to get into our room, which took 20-30 mins alone. We were given the wrong code. My partner and I ended up spam calling the help line about 10 plus times to get a hold of someone, unbelievable. Once we got into the room, it smelled like cat pee and the rugs were disgusting. They were not vacuumed whatsoever. The water pressure sucked. Seriously, this room was gross and smelly. The bed was the only perk along with nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend NOT staying here and staying someone else where they care about their guests. Utterly disappointing.

I visited DC for a weekend and absolutely loved this hotel! As someone who lived in the city for 8 years and recently moved, coming back and staying at this hotel in this location was nothing short of incredible. You’re quite literally in DuPont with access to so much public transport if needed. The staff was incredible! Any issues or questions I had were followed up on immediately-Ismael and others on site were so kind. I can understand concerns about noise, but I honestly had no problems (especially being there on a Thurs-Sun) with an insane amount of noise-you maybe heard neighbors walking into and out of rooms but nothing where I had difficulty sleeping or being woken up (there are also options for ear plugs or quieter rooms if needed)! The room was so clean and modernly decorated, the bed was comfortable-coming back to stay in the city was that much better because of this comfy hotel. Thank you guys so much!!!

Firstly you should know that this is one of those hotels that don't have staff on site and getting in contact with them is only done through texting. While they're eventually responsive, it can take some time. For example, the first room I was put in did not have a functioning heater, only a small space heater and it was freezing when I got there. The one small overhead light did not work, so it was only two or three small lamps. It was EXTREMELY DARK. So, I asked to move and they told me i could check out if i liked another room better ,which I did. But, when i went to check on the other room, I was locked out of my first room (all of the rooms run on keypads.) So, all of my belongings were locked in the room. Bathrooms are small. Do not reccommend!
