Let me start by saying this location is a really unique place. We went on Father’s Day and there was little plane activity but some. Still a beautiful view in the first floor. Our server was Heather and she was really kind and attentive. They had a set menu $65 and portions were okay. My food was okay. I order Salmon and was promised it wouldn’t be overcooked. Came out really dry. Again, not nasty but dry. When I went to the bathroom there were so many plates on the line. I’d suggest on a busy holiday hiring runners so food isn’t just sitting. We sat for almost 2 hours between drinks and actual entree. Overall experience and great views.

We enjoyed and excellent Birthday Dinner on the runway of this wonderful restaurant. From the drinks to the bone-in Ribeye Steak that was cooked to a 'rare' perfection. It was really a treat. The Ribs were meaty, juicy and just melt in your mouth delicious. Our waiter was extremely attentive and really added to the experience. There was something special about watching the planes take off and land that yielded a top notch, elevated experience; the ambiance was incredible. I would invite anyone to let Elevation Chophouse and Skybar be the next place you celebrate a special occasion or date night. You will be pleasantly surprised. Don't forget to top the evening off with the Chocolate Brownie Sunday with Vanilla Ice-cream.

We had a large family reservation in the private dining room that my SIL coordinated with the restaurant with a set menu for 20 people, and it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant did an amazing job, the space was so perfect, and all of the food was PHENOMENAL! Easiest 5 star review ever! TY to the team who helped coordinate this event and serve our party of May 2nd!

Great food! Unfortunately the sun sets behind one of the hangers, but it was cool to be on the edge of the runway. Definitely suggest reservations. The staff is kind, and the restaurant is very clean. Great experience!
