Our experience with most Embassy Suites is always quite enjoyable, but sadly this one missed the mark in more ways than one. They seemed to have been FULL over the weekend, which could be part of the reason the experience was subpar. But a good hotel needs adequate staffing, and this one simply did not have it. The one bartender was overwhelmed at happy hour (something we always look forward to!), so we only went one night. Snacks looked old and the serving table was a mess. And the breakfast area in the mornings was even worse! The floors were sticky, food was spilled everywhere, and the line to get an omelette was so incredibly long (again, only ONE chef making omelettes!) that we never even got one. Our room was also dated and worn. The furniture and baseboards were scratched up and the dresser was broken. The tub didn't drain properly and the shower leaked water all over the floor. Perhaps the thing that irks me the most these days is hotels that do not provide daily housekeeping. You have to request it, which we did. Housekeeping did a room refresh the first day, but no one ever came the second day. Overall, we were looking forward to a relaxing stay but honestly couldn't wait to leave.

The Embassy Suites BWI Airport location was okay overall. The service was friendly, and the staff I interacted with were pleasant and professional. That part of the stay was appreciated. The property itself feels dated. The carpet was noticeably worn, and the hotel could use some updating. I was also disappointed that early check-in was not available, even as a business traveler. Overall, it was a fair stay. The staff helped make the experience better, but the condition of the hotel and lack of early check-in made it hard to rate higher than three stars.

Came from Virginia to Baltimore to celebrate my daughter birthday party. It's was hands down 10/10 experience. The suite was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast crew hands down my favorite ppl. I don't remember name but i specially want to thank the young lady in red hair and the young lady with braids in her hair. They worked ever the weekend. They help supported and love on us like we was family and that personal touch definitely sold me. My daughter's and and I had the best time. We definitely will be back. Oh and the pool and spa area chefs kiss. Nice area and kids had a blast. The bartender lady was bomb 10/10. Front desk was so pleasant welcoming and just easy to work with. Made my whole experience easy from check in to check out If u definitely looking to book somewhere coming from outta state this is definitely the place.

On-site staff were amazing. The on-site bar is great. On-site restaurant with made to order omelets were outstanding. The facilities were awful. No hot water for two days across the entire building. After being promised partial refunds for the hotel stay, and not hearing back for weeks, I submitted a written request for a partial refund from Embassy Suites, and I never heard back. Paying full price for multiple days of ice cold showers is unacceptable. How did they properly clean dishes and laundry during those days?

Location was good; right where I needed to be the next morning. Rooms were okay. Toilets were subpar. Hot water in bathroom pulsed violently at 1/3 of the way on. I did like that I had the ability to close the door to the bedroom. The food at their bar/restaurant was excellent. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. A couple other tidbits of information to help you decide: the view from an upper balcony or elevator was great! The elevator seemed to stop at floors a little more abruptly that necesaary. Something I found VERY annoying. The parking lot was a snow pit, and yet, customers were required to register and pay $15.00/night for self-parking.
