I’ve been a member for two months so far and it has been wonderful!! I have the spa membership plus the unlimited modern Pilates classes add on for around 250 a month. I think it’s well worth the money! Most Pilates studios charge 250+ a month for unlimited classes. But here it’s only a $90 add on which I think is such a steal. My massages have also been really awesome. I’ve had two so far with Lanet and she’s amazing!!! If you’re conflicted on what masseuse to book with I highly recommend her. She really focuses on the areas I’m extra tense in and I’ve always left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated from her session! I would 10/10 recommend Exhale spa!

You know those places that try to maximize profit in every possible way except actually delivering a great experience? This is one of them. You walk into a reception area lit brighter than a cafeteria. Nothing says relaxation like feeling like you’re about to take an exam. For a $220 massage, your pre-service options are the hammam or sauna, which is very limited for the price. No steam room or jacuzzi. The robes are very comfortable, and the locker room is nice. Just be prepared to parade past a full gym in your robe on your way to unwind. I booked the Flow massage, which is supposed to be medium pressure. Instead, it felt like I was being buffed like a Camry rather than actually massaged. It came across more freestyle than intentional. I thought maybe it was just me, but both of my sisters had the exact same experience. Then comes the automatic gratuity, bringing the total to $260 for a massage that didn’t deliver. If you’re going to raise prices, the experience has to rise with it. This was a disappointment.

Update!! They listened to the members and added some additional classes. They haven't added enough yet, but they are working on it! This is for SALT only. Exhale and my ladies at Exhale are amazing as always 💗💗💗 Salt has so much going for it — the concept is strong, the classes are well-designed, and the location is incredibly convenient. It truly has the bones of a top-tier boutique studio, especially for those of us who loved the Exhale model. That said, the schedule simply does not match the premium price point. When you’re paying boutique fitness rates, you expect accessibility and flexibility. Ending morning classes at 7:25 AM and then offering nothing until 5:15 PM leaves a massive gap in the middle of the day. For working professionals with flexible schedules, parents after school drop-off, or anyone who doesn’t fit into a very early morning or evening slot, there are essentially no options. At this price, there should be mid-morning and/or midday classes available. The current schedule makes it difficult to justify the cost, no matter how good the classes are. Salt has the right idea and the right energy — but if it wants to compete at this price point, the schedule needs to reflect that investment.

I had an incredible experience at Exhale Spa. I booked a deep tissue massage with Andre, and he was absolutely amazing. He listened carefully to my concerns and delivered exactly what I needed — firm pressure, precise technique, and a calm, professional demeanor that made the entire session feel both therapeutic and relaxing. I left feeling like a brand new person. Highly recommend Andre if you’re looking for a top-tier massage!

Exhale Spa Midtown Atlanta (inside the Loews Atlanta Hotel) I absolutely love this place—it’s my home gym and I couldn’t recommend it more! It’s clean, quiet, and comes with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end fitness center. They offer a full-sized gym with all the equipment you need, plus fantastic fitness classes, a spa, steam room, showers, and a locker room that’s always well-kept. They also provide towels, slippers, and robes, which is such a nice touch and adds to the luxury experience. One huge perk is the three hours of free parking—super convenient for Midtown. The team that runs this location is top-notch: friendly, professional, and always welcoming. They’ve created an environment that makes you actually want to work out. Thanks for being so awesome! See you at the gym!
