Location was fine but I had a guest above me whom sounded like they were going to come falling from my ceiling. We were there for 2 weeks and they were very loud especially at night. I reported this several times and nothing changed. The fact that we had to deal with this the entire time getting up at 6a.m. for work you could not sleep sometimes,this made it terrible.

Everytime I ever come here for Meals on Wheels of RI. To make deliveries to client's the staff are always welcoming, friendly, kind and respectful. The corridor doors that I ever been down or even elevator appear to always be clean. There always a maid cleaning when I arrive to make a delivery. The bathroom that they let me use is always clean as well. I highly appreciate the bathroom because sometimes it is very difficult to find a bathroom or to be allowed to use one. Just being able to use bathroom is a huge relief. I have never been in a room or checked into a room so I can't rate everything. All I can say is what I see and the way I am treated. Based off the friendliness and cleanliness that I see I would consider staying here if ever needed in the future.

When I checked in I picked up the phone (5pm) no answer. Another guest said she would go upstairs and get the girl (Tanisha) from the room she was in because she was on FaceTime with her boyfriend and thats why she wasn't answering. Then when she finally came to check me in she asked me not to make a mess for her to clean because it's Valentines day and people have wild times to paraphrase. All around extremely unprofessional to ask me to make sure I keep the room as clean as possible to save her some work and on top of that I stayed alone so that was an out of pocket comment. But thankfully she was the only bad part of my experience, Sabina was so nice at checkout, my room was clean and everything was great aside from starting off so poorly.
